1. Overview

SC Beats provides digital instrumental music (“beats”) for purchase under specific license agreements. By purchasing or downloading any beat, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. License Types
Non-Exclusive License (Lease)

When you purchase a non-exclusive license:

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license

The beat may be sold to other artists

You may record, distribute, and monetize your song within the limits of the license

Ownership of the beat remains with SC Beats.

Exclusive License

Exclusive licenses are sold manually via direct contact.

When an exclusive license is purchased:

The beat is licensed to one artist only

The beat is removed from the store

Final terms are agreed upon before payment

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the beat as-is
  • Claim ownership of the beat itself
  • Upload the beat to beat stores or sample libraries
  • Use the beat in illegal, hateful, or defamatory content

4. Payments & Delivery

  • All payments must be completed before files are delivered
  • Downloads are delivered instantly and via email
  • Nigerian customers may use bank transfer where available

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not offered once a beat has been delivered.

6. File Recovery

If you lose your files, you may contact us with proof of purchase, and we’ll assist in re-sending your downloads.

7. Copyright & Ownership

All beats remain the intellectual property of SC Beats unless otherwise stated in a written exclusive agreement.

Purchasing a beat grants a license to use, not ownership of the instrumental.

8. Termination

SC Beats reserves the right to terminate any license if these terms are violated.
